Spinach and Artichoke dip

One restaurant I will miss is Milestones.
We've had a lot of memories there :(

I wanted their hot spinach and artichoke dip, it was the day after Diablo came out so the chances of the lover and I heading out for dinner were pretty slim so I started to search for a recipe to make myself.
It's a pretty good dip, nice and quick. Just how I like it :)
It's not exactly the most healthy dip but...I was craving it for days

What you will need:
1 Packet of frozen spinach, defrosted, excess liquid squeezed out
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup grated parmesen cheese
1/4 plus 2 tbsp of ricotta cheese
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
4 gloves of garlic
175gm cream cheese
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
oil to coat baking dish

Preheat oven to 400f and lightly oil a deep baking dish

Simply just chuck all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined, you still want it to be a little bit chunky

then put it into the baking dish and in the oven for about 20-30 minutes, or until it starts to get golden on the top. Let it cool slightly before serving.
